    <content type="text/plain">currently if you click a day on the calendar and set up the appointment this way, it defaults to full day creating extra clicks to uncheck the full day and change the day so it doesnt spread across a second day. even after adding the appointment type in this does not update making the appointment type useless in this situation. currently the only way is to start from a quote or the client screen which often doesn't work depending how a new client phone call goes.</content>

This can appear in customer's junk mail and is often overlooked.  It would be convenient to integrate the email message feature with outlook or gmail/google workspace so that emails so that:&#13;
- Those emails come directly from the pest control businesses' actual email address&#13;
- Those emails are less likely to end up in client's junk mail folder&#13;
- Clients can reply directly to those emails, and those emails appear in pest control businesses' inbox</content>

Add the ability to re-assign an invoice to the technician who actually went on site to complete the job.&#13;
This would reflect in the invoice and payment summary widget too against the technician.</content>

Id love to use this function but currently just type into the main body of invoice " X$ discount applied"</content>
