CRM/Marketing/Lead Capture Module
Better CRM is needed.
CRM is very important to know our customers. We need to know who is the most important customers. Where the business is coming from. How to prioritise certain customers. Unfortunately Pest Register doesn’t have CRM that can do such things.

I think you are planning a marketing side to this program, and if you are, it would be great if there was the ability to tag, segment and send emails or texts to those segmented groups. -

Kate MergedWhen I run Facebook or Google Ads I get my leads to complete a quick form. Those forms currently get sent to an app I use called Privyr. Screenshot enclosed.
This is a simple app that allows me to quickly send follow ups on the leads and easily convert them. Once they are converted and an appointment is booked, I convert them to customers in the CRM.
It is easy, and simple and uncomplicated in its design in the way it allows me to follow up and manage my leads without losing them.
It would be great to have something like this in the this program if it is possible. -

Kyra MergedI currently build lists of Barriers being done next week to check all the paperwork is done. I build lists of jobs for a particular technician for a date range. The purpose of some lists is to check the field technicians have invoiced all jobs and sent the invoices to clients. To ensure all paperwork is completed. To build a list of clients we saw in January for me to send bulk email to.... etc I use this for marketing purposes, reporting, checking.
