Approximate arrival time
Another thing that might be a good idea for you guys to work on is instead of sending out a reminder to the customer saying an exact time maybe send a reminder out saying your appointment is booked in between and then allow the pest companies to be able to add in times because being a pest control company does make it very difficult to give a client and exact time of arrival I always told my client between a certain time and another time usually a three hour window just in case we get caught up on a job when a client gets a reminder and it says that their appointment is at a certain time they expect a technician there at that time but in the world of pest control and travelling around there is no way we can give an exact time

The time of 11am to 12.30pm is confusing for client, for me that's the time allowed to do the job but for the client they think arrival time is between 11am to 12,30pm -
