Pre-populating invoices for reoccurring services
For all services that are re-occurring (EG. weekly/monthly commercial jobs) - it would be great for invoices to pre-populate also at the same price and include the same info on the invoice. This would save our team from missing invoices and save time overall!

You can do this in your appointment type settings but we are adding the ability to set line items in each appointment individually. -

Brendan Boxall MergedA way to add a set price to the job which is then auto filled in the invoice when the invoice is generated. For when a specific job has set customised pricing, plus when a recurring scheduled job is the same price per visit it can be displayed on the job itself, then auto filled when invoice generated. The inventory field only goes so far with set rates

SarahI use the "copy invoice" from previous appointment, I then just change the date to suit the appointment and set to draft. All information comes across from the previous invoice. I hope this helps for the time being.
