  After we have selected completed on a job, could the jobs where invoices have not been sent change to a chosen colour as a reminder to invoice the job?

  To be able to look at the calendar, at a glance, and know which jobs have been invoiced and which haven't. Perhaps an icon on the job so it's easily noticeable.
  Or alternatively, an 'uninvoiced jobs' report that can be easily generated and invoice from there.

  The Invoice number is unnecessarily long and does not need to have the Date combination before the actual number.
  Can this be changed and just have a simple INVxxxx

  Same as in the invoice timeline where the email read status is viewed, the ability to also view this communication status on the find invoices list without having to click on the invoice and then timeline. Also adding status icons to appointments on the calendar

  An icon to view at a glance on the main calendar view to indicate if a report, quote, or invoice is attached to the appointment. Colour variations for each icon to indicate the status of each. ie: invoice not created=red, invoice sent=Blue, invoice paid=green

  In Calender, Looking accross a weeks work of appointments, you cant see which ones have been invoiced. without having to go into each and every appointment. Simple solution would be to have a red $ symbol in the top left corner of the appointment when this has been invoiced. (using the color code for completed doesnt mean the job has been invoiced)
