  I believe he means something along the lines of just being able to see the job details while you are in areas of no service, the screen you leave open to check when you arrive onsite is blocked by the "you are offline" message and you cant see the customers name, address or even what service you are completing, nor can you call someone at the office to ask because you have no reception, if you knew there was going to be no reception you would need to screenshot the job details prior to arrival, but you never know until you arrive

  How to I turn off auto correct when adding client address and name.
  Also uploading more details after the job is logged is a pain in the ynw.
  Enabling jobs to be added offline is needed.
